All Rug Engine orders ship FREE standard FedEx/UPS/GLS with tracking (3-5 business days), and leave our supplier's warehouses within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Free shipping is only available to addresses within the lower 48 contiguous states.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and we do not deliver to private mailboxes, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please have a physical address ready when you place your order. We are not accepting International orders at this time.

Rug Engine has no hidden shipping, delivery or handling fees. The total price you pay at checkout is the only price you pay to have your rug delivered to your door.

Most customers receive their Rug Engine order within one week, excluding public holidays. If you have not received your order, or you notice any issues, please contact support@rugengine.com.

You have 30 Days after receiving your item to request a return with free return shipping.

*We cannot accept returns on Rug Pads or Clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. Any additional packaging that may be required to safely ship your item is your responsibility and is not covered.

To start a return, you must contact us first at returns@rugengine.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method within 5-7 business days. It may also take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
