Shipping Policy

Rug Engine orders ship FREE Standard Ground (1-5 Business Days) with tracking, and leave our supplier warehouses within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Free shipping is only available to addresses within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and we do not deliver to private mailboxes, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please have a physical address ready when you place your order. We are not accepting International orders at this time.

Rug Engine has no hidden shipping, delivery or handling fees. The total price you pay at checkout is the only price you pay to have your rug delivered to your door.

Most customers receive their Rug Engine order within one week, excluding public holidays.
