Returns & Refunds

You have 30 Days after receiving your item to request a return with free return shipping.

*We cannot accept returns on Rug Pads or Clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. Any additional packaging required by the carrier to safely transport your return item(s) is your responsibility and is not covered.

To start a return, you must contact us first at returns@rugengine.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method within 5-7 business days. It may also take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
